Event summary

This is the fourth system demo of 2026, and the 20^th ever organised by EMA as part of its Agile Network Portfolio management.

A system demo is an event held at the end of a planning interval (a three-month period of work) to demonstrate the developments achieved in that period, and to collect stakeholder feedback.

Participants have the opportunity to review what has been delivered, and to give feedback and ask questions about future planned work via Slido. A Question & Answer document will be published after the event.

EMA will demonstrate developments with several products including:

• 09:05 CET: Product Management Service (PMS)
• 09:25 CET: Electronic application forms (eAF)
• 09:40 CET: eCTD v4.0 (Electronic Common Technical Document version 4)
• 09:55 CET: Electronic Product Information (ePI)
• 10:20 CET: Union Product Database (UPD)
• 10:35 CET: EudraGMDP
• 10:55 CET: Clinical Trials Information System (CTIS) modernisation

Each demo has a dedicated timeslot on the agenda, the start times are shown above.
