ESMO 2026 公布的探索性、非随机 2a 期 GDFATHER-NEO 试验显示，在未接受过免疫检查点抑制剂治疗的肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者中，GDF-15 中和抗体 visugromab 联合 nivolumab 取得令人鼓舞的病理完全缓解率和影像学缓解率，且未出现新的安全性信号。研究结果支持在更大规模随机研究中进一步评估该联合方案。

As presented at the ESMO Congress 2026: In this exploratory, nonrandomized phase 2a trial, treatment of patients with immune checkpoint inhibitor-naive muscle-invasive bladder cancer with the GDF-15-neutralizing antibody visugromab and nivolumab produced encouraging pathological complete response and radiographic response rates with no new safety signals, supporting further evaluation in larger randomized studies.
