Relatlimab plus nivolumab versus nivolumab for advanced melanoma: 5-year survival and biomarker analyses of the phase 3 RELATIVITY-047 trial
ESMO 2026 公布的 III 期 RELATIVITY-047 五年随访显示，relatlimab 联合 nivolumab 对比 nivolumab 单药在转移性或不可切除黑色素瘤患者中，无进展生存期、总生存期和黑色素瘤特异性生存期均见统计学显著差异。基线 LAG3 高表达 CD8+ T 细胞水平较高者，在联合治疗组中应答更好。该结果发表于 Nature Medicine。
RELATIVITY-047 五年随访给出联合方案在 PFS、OS 与黑色素瘤特异性生存上的差异，并提示 LAG3 高表达 CD8+ T 细胞与联合组应答相关。

As presented at the ESMO Congress 2026: In a 5 year follow-up of survival and correlative data from the pivotal phase 3 RELATIVITY-047 trial comparing relatlimab plus nivolumab versus nivolumab alone in patients with metastatic or unresectable melanoma, statistically significant differences in progression-free survival, overall survival and melanoma-specific survival were seen with high baseline levels of LAG3 high CD8+ T cells associated with improved response in the combination arm.
