The company describes its first-of-its-kind architecture through five complementary functions: Modulate, Instruct, Signal, Rebuild, and Defend.

Oleotide brings the same systems approach to formulation that Alchemy 21/12 is known for by considering the ecosystem of skin and the coordinated language it speaks. Cellular responsiveness, biological instruction, growth-factor signaling, structural organization, and barrier resilience each influence how skin maintains itself. The platform organizes technologies around these interconnected functions, creating an adaptable foundation for advanced topical treatments.

Five functions under one coordinated architecture.

Modulate draws on senescence and cellular-stress research to support a rehabilitative approach to cellular behavior. Selected peptides address protein quality control and age-associated signaling of so-called "zombie cells," deploying an approach centered on cellular maintenance and resilience.

Instruct incorporates AI-assisted, collagen-directed messenger-RNA biotechnology designed to provide skin cells with instructions for collagen production. The approach combines sequence optimization and mRNA stabilization to support the use of those instructions by ribosomes—the cellular machinery that assembles proteins.

Signal brings together complementary growth-factor presentations, including oleosome-associated EGF and FGF-2 and a separately formulated recombinant EGF system. H2GLOW extends this communication framework with plant-derived, vesicle-associated exosomes.

Rebuild uses nine selected peptides to support matrix-related responses, collagen organization, junctional support and firmness-related pathways. These peptides target complementary aspects of skin's structural maintenance, including the organization of its supporting matrix and the connections that help maintain tissue cohesion, with the aim of improving visible firmness and resilience.

Restore and Defend establishes a foundation of ceramides, cholesterol, hydration and protective ingredients selected to support barrier function and resilience.

Together, these functions connect the platform's biological ambitions with Alchemy 21/12's barrier-first formulation philosophy. Its modular design allows their implementation and relative emphasis to evolve across different formulations.

H2GLOW: the first application

The first product leveraging Oleotide is H2GLOW^™, a freshly activated, dual-chamber, 14-day treatment. Two independently finished serums remain separate until activation, when they combine into a single 10 mL treatment for morning and evening application.

The dual-chamber architecture gives distinct biological preparations their own formulation environments before establishing a shared use phase. Growth-factor, peptide, RNA-associated and vesicle-associated technologies come together at activation within a compatible lipid and hydration foundation.
